What’s New about PF Online

Paducah Federal Credit Union is proud to announce a new format for PF Online. The new platform allows us to serve our members better through increased functionality and improved internet banking experience. Our members have the opportunity to set alerts for their accounts, customize their view using widgets, download a file, and many other new features.

If you are currently using our Mobile Banking on your cell phone, you will be required to step through the enrollment process again to use Mobile banking with the new PF Online format. Once you have finished the enrollment you will be able to log in to Mobile banking on the next business day.

Per the requirements of our online banking vendor, usernames will be limited to 12 characters and the access code will be limited to 10 characters. 

Option 1: If your username and/or access code is longer than the maximum allowed characters, the extra characters above the limit will be truncated, or shortened and may be entered to the 12th character of your current username and your current access code may be entered to the 10th character if longer than maximum allowed. 

Option 2: If you wish to change your USERNAME before this change occurs, you may contact us to request the change.  If you wish to change your ACCESS CODE, you may do this by selecting the “Other Options” menu in the current PF Online banking and choose “Change Access Code”.

Username Specifications:
     • May be between 8 – 12 characters in length
     • Must begin with a letter
     • May be letters or numbers
     • If your current username is too long, it will be shortened to the first 12 characters to login
Access Code Specifications:
     • May be between 4 - 10 characters in length
     • May contain letters or numbers
     • May contain special characters: !"#$%&()+,-/;<=>?[\]^_`{|}*'
     • If your current access code is too long, it will be shortened to the first 10 characters to login

First Time Login Information
The first time a member logs into the new PF Online, there is an agreement form presented immediately after authentication with a check box to agree. The next step is to change the current Access Code and create a new one.  Changing the Username is optional, not mandatory.  The next step is to create secret answers to the questions that are chosen.  Then, confirm the email address when presented or update the address if needed.  Once these steps are completed, the account summary page is displayed. 

Mobile Banking Information 
Members who currently use our Mobile Banking will have to re-enroll for this service.  When logged in, choose “Options” then “Mobile Settings.”  Complete the required information.  You will then be able to log into your Mobile Banking on the next business day.   iPhone users can use the Apple app, however, all other phones will need to use the goDough app or simply use the URL https://www.airteller.com/paducahfcu in the web enabled cell phone browser.

Other Information

Members will be able to download transactions to Microsoft Money, Personal Finance, Spreedsheet (Excel), or in a TXT format, Word Processing.



There will now be a tab for Bill Pay, eStatements and Check Withdrawal.

There will be a “My NetTeller” or “Widgets” option where members can customize their PF Online Banking the way they want to.

Under the “Options” tab members can rename their accounts with pseudo names and put them in any order they would like.

Members will be able to set numerous Alerts.  These can be anything from personal reminders to warnings when balances fall below certain amounts.  It can also alert you when you login or if there is a failed login.

Members can send a secure email message to PFCU by clicking on the “Contact” button at the top right of the page.
